Amcon is driven by a Chain of Management team like Technical Heads, General Managers, Plant Managers, QA & QC Engineers, Finance and Accounts Officers, HR Managers with their whole hearted workmanship helps in the smooth running of the organization and fulfill the commitments to the customers.
The beginning of Amcon is in the earlies of 1999 as a small partnership firm under the name of Cement Products Industries which served for around four years in the same field.
The strong customer relationships and the thrive to be the pioneers in the technical advancements, paved the way to the emergence of AMCON PAVERS & PROJECTS as a Private LTD Company with all the latest and advanced manufacturing facilities. Company now functions with a fully automated German machinery for production.
As a diversification or as an enhancement in the activities, the organization has an exclusive team to execute turnkey Infrastructure development projects like road and Yard development works and Construction of Commercial buildings and other associated works.

Manufacturing Plant

The company holds a 100 million worth fully automated manufacturing plant at Mattakuzhi, Cochin with a production capacity to cater around 20000 sq. m area of heavy duty products per month. The plant is functioning with a fully automated imported machinery from HESS by Topwerk group, Germany. The raw material handling, mixing and conveying is carried out from an automatic Mixing & Batching plant assisted with 2 cement silos. The plant also comprises of a humidity controlled curing chamber for efficient and fast curing of the product along with a vast stockyard for an organized product stacking. All the processes are undertaken with uttermost quality and care. The plant produces paver blocks of thicknesses of 65mm, 80mm and 100mm in Unipaver products and 65mm in Rectangular Products. Our plant also comprises of lacquered finished tile production unit with a production capacity of 10000 sq.m per month.

Quality Assurance & Quality control

A fully equipped lab with all instruments to meter the quality of the products is being functioning at our Head Office. The QA & QC department of the company assures the quality of all products dispatched. Moreover to that the quality of the raw materials are continually monitored and controlled. Basically, we have quality checks right from the raw material stage to product dispatch stage. Final Product is analyzed for conformance with specification prior to release for customer shipment.
